• Brake operation and brake pad wear checks.
• Tyre condition and pressure checks.
• Wheel security and alignment checks.
• Checks for play in the headset, crank and wheel bearings.
• A list of recommended repairs or maintenance.

Repairs and adjustments are charged separately.

Pick up & Delivery not included

Includes:

• Bicycle wash, including the frame, fork and wheels.
• Cleaning of the chain, cassette and chainrings with components fitted.
• Chain lubrication.
• Tyre pressure check.
• Basic visual safety inspection.

Gear tuning, brake adjustments and mechanical repairs are not included.

Pick up & Delivery are included

Includes:

• Bicycle wash and drivetrain clean.
• Chain lubrication and drivetrain wear check.
• Gear adjustment and shifting check.
• Brake inspection and adjustment where applicable.
• Tyre condition and pressure checks.
• Checks of key bolts, fasteners and wheel security.
• Final function check and recommendations for further work.

Does not include bearing servicing, wheel truing, hydraulic brake bleeding or replacement parts.

Pick up & Delivery are included

Includes:

• Everything in the Basic Service.
• Headset, bottom bracket and hub bearing checks for wear, roughness or play.
• Routine bearing adjustments where the component design allows.
• Minor wheel truing where wheel condition permits.
• Inspection of cables and housing for wear or damage.
• A thorough check of component security.
• Final function check and a report of any further work required.

Bearing strip-downs, bearing replacement, extensive wheel repairs and specialist work are quoted separately.

Pick up & Delivery are included

Includes:

• Removal of components as needed for thorough cleaning and inspection.
• Deep cleaning of the drivetrain and accessible frame areas.
• Inspection of components for wear, damage and corrosion.
• Cleaning and regreasing of serviceable bearing assemblies where their design permits.
• Inspection of sealed bearings for replacement if needed.
• Reassembly and tightening of fasteners to the appropriate specifications.
• Gear and brake setup.
• Wheel, tyre and safety checks.
• Final function check and service report.

Replacement parts, fork servicing, hydraulic brake bleeding and additional specialist work are quoted separately.

Pick up & Delivery are included

Includes:

• Component removal for detailed cleaning and inspection.
• Deep cleaning of the drivetrain.
• Visual inspection of the frame, fork and components.
• Cleaning and regreasing of serviceable bearing assemblies where appropriate.
• Inspection of sealed bearings, cables, housing and brake hoses.
• Reassembly and tightening of fasteners to the appropriate specifications.
• Gear tuning and brake setup.
• Wheel alignment, tyre and safety checks.
• Final function check and service report.

Complex internal routing is quoted separately. Replacement parts, bar tape, cables, housing, sealant and hydraulic brake bleeding are additional.

• Component removal for thorough cleaning and inspection.
• Deep cleaning of the drivetrain.
• Headset, bottom bracket and hub bearing inspection.
• Cleaning and regreasing of serviceable bearing assemblies where appropriate.
• Inspection of accessible suspension pivots, bearings and mounting hardware.
• Cleaning and lubrication of accessible pivot hardware where specified by the manufacturer.
• Reassembly and tightening to the appropriate specifications.
• Gear and brake setup.
• Wheel, tyre and safety checks.
• Final function check and service report.

Pivot bearing replacement, specialist extraction, internal fork and shock servicing, hydraulic brake bleeding and replacement parts are quoted separately.
